Ingredients:
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Baby Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1 1/2 oz Protein Powder (should be equal to about 1 serving or enough to get you 30g of protein)
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Guidance
- Add all ingredient to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup to serve, and enjoy!
Additional Notes
- Best if enjoyed immediately.
- Nut free? Use oat milk instead and/or remove the coconut oil completely.
- No flax seed? Use chia or hemp seeds instead.
