Ingredients:
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or other non-dairy milk alternative)
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 2/3 cup Halo Top Mint Chip Ice Cream
- 1 tsp Cacao Nibs (add half to blender and use other half for topping)
Guidance
- Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
Additional Notes
- Best if served fresh.
- Add a handful of fresh spinach for extra greens.
- This recipe was developed and tested using a Garden Of Life Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder. However, if you have another vanilla protein powder at home that blends well, that will also work!
