3/4 cup Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (unflavored)
1/4 cup ground flax seed
2 tbsps raw honey
2 tbsp Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Guidance
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough and roll into balls, approximately 1-inch in diameter. chill In the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Additional Notes
Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to one month. Always served chilled.
One serving is equal to one ball. If you are an athlete with higher needs a serving size could be as big as 2-3 balls.
Peanut/nut free? Use an alternative nut butter or opt for seed butters like sunflower seed butter or pumpkin seed butter. Use coconut or oat flour instead of almond flour.
