Cherry Smoothie With A Twist
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
-1 ¼ cups cold filtered water
-1 serving vanilla protein powder (@gardenoflife, @vega_team)
-1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar
-1 ¼ cups pitted cherries (can use frozen)
-1 tablespoon almond butter
-2 handfuls spinach, romaine, or kale
-5 dashes pumpkin pie spice
Optional: scoop of collagen powder, 1 tablespoon chia or hemp seeds
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to the blender starting with the water.
2. Blend on high until all ingredients are mixed.
3. Add more water or ice to desired consistency.
