This Balanced Green Smoothie is the perfect blend of nutrients to prepare your for the day ahead or to recover from training.
- 1 cup filtered water
- 4 fl oz pure aloe juice
- 2 cups kale leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp ginger (peeled and grated)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ avocado
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend smoothie on high until smooth. Serve the smoothie and enjoy!
