Well folks, Thanksgiving is right around the corner! That seems wild to say, doesn’t it?

One thing we know for sure is that celebrating the holiday season this year may look different for a lot of you. The reality is that traveling to see loved ones or gathering in large groups of family and friends is nearly impossible, let alone potentially unsafe, so you might find yourself at home alone or with just your immediate family.

  2. Make it easy on yourself by finding recipes that are one-dish meals—for example: sheet pan, crockpot, InstantPot, or casserole meals.
  3. Make a big batch so you have leftovers.
